How do multi-project discounts work?
For GCs on the Compliance Command plan: your 2nd project is 20% off ($399/mo) and 3rd+ projects are 30% off ($349/mo each). Discounts apply automatically.
What happens if I exceed AI analysis limits?
You'll get a notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. Overage analyses are billed at $0.15 each, or you can upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity.
How many users can I add?
GC plans include unlimited users per project — add as many team members as you need. Subcontractor plans include worker caps based on your tier (25 or 100). Safety Consultant plans include manager caps (1 or up to 10). No per-seat charges on any plan.
What is ACH and how does it save me money?
ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a bank transfer. By paying via ACH instead of credit card, you save approximately 3% on every payment. We pass the savings directly to you.
Can we cancel anytime?
